What can I expect from the park?

Aqualand Algarve is a perfect water park for families, located in a must-visit summer destination. With exciting attractions, areas designed for all ages, and a unique environment, it offers a refreshing experience full of fun and adrenaline.

Address: Aqualand Algarve E.N. 125 – Sítio das Areias Apartado 11 8365-908 Alcantarilha, Algarve, Portugal.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot be held due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email. In case of doubt, please also check your spam folder.

How long does the experience last?

You can enjoy the experience from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from June 9 to June 30. From July 1 to September 12, the park will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Can I buy food and drinks on-site?

Yes! You can purchase food and drinks at our restaurant, pizzeria, and kiosks.

Is parking available?

Yes, free and covered parking is available.

Are there products for sale?

Yes! We have a specialized store where you can find everything you need for an amazing day.

Can I use cameras on the rides?

You can record using a GoPro as long as it does not interfere with the ride’s proper use. Cameras must be attached to the body depending on the attraction. Each attraction has specific requirements, but recording is allowed on all of them. We recommend bringing head, chest, shoulder, or wrist mounts for the best experience. Please ask the lifeguard before using a ride, as they will inform you about the rules.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available on Aqualand’s website Aqualand – Algarve, as well as at partner stores and at the park’s ticket office.

Can I buy tickets at the entrance?

Yes, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, contactless tickets will be validated at the entrance.

I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?

Check your email and spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us Contact – Aqualand Algarve.

Can I change my ticket date? Are refunds allowed?

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, changed, or modified. See our T&Cs for details.

Can I make a group reservation?

You can book group reservations up to the number of tickets allowed by our app/website (subject to availability). For special reservations, such as birthdays, student groups, travel agencies, etc., please submit your request through the following form: Groups – Aqualand Algarve or send an email to jsantos@aspro-ocio.es

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Since this is a day pass, you can enter the venue at any time, as long as it is within opening hours

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event. However, service animals are welcome.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event will take place in an accessible location.

Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments?

We are pleased to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired visitors will be able to enjoy this experience.

Are there chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?

The venue has rest areas, and you can also rent a sunbed. Parasols are available for free in the park.

Will there be restrooms available on-site?

Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask our staff for directions if needed.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them! When taking pictures, please ensure that you do not disturb other guests.

Where can I inquire about lost items?

We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask on-site, you can contact the park through the following form: Contact – Aqualand Algarve.

Is there a cloakroom available?

Yes, there is a cloakroom on-site. Please ask our staff for directions.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome at this experience, and the venue is stroller-friendly. The minimum age for entry to the park alone is 16 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
